Over the last 12 years, I’ve been blessed. I met and got to spend almost every moment of my life with the most beautiful, sweet, kind, goofy, loving, and devoted best friend and partner. Today, after her health declined quite rapidly, it became clear it was time to say goodbye to Candy girl. Thanks to the loving care of our good friends Dave and Erin Laurence, we surrounded Candy as she left us peacefully this afternoon. Candy, I love you more than I know how to say, and I thank you for your friendship, your love, and your incredible spirit. I know you touched a lot of lives all over the world, and we will all miss you so so much. Love you Candy girl. You will always be a part of me.
